Compensation :
144,500 at plan earnings
Responsibilities :
Manage and nurture incoming buyer and seller leads with consistency and careConduct property showings, attend inspections, and guide clients through every step of the real estate transactionProvide clear and timely communication with clients, team members, and industry partnersMaintain and update CRM with detailed lead notes, follow-up activity, and pipeline progressCollaborate with team members to problem-solve, share insights, and support shared goalsStay current with market trends, inventory, and local housing data to educate and advise clients effectivelyParticipate in ongoing training, team meetings, and coaching opportunities for continuous growthUphold a high standard of professionalism, client service, and ethical business practices in all interactionsQualifications :
A valid Real Estate License is required for this jobOrganized and manages time effectivelyWillingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologiesA successful and proven sales history is preferredSelf-motivated and able to perform tasks independently.
