Responsibilities

Dispatch Security Officers : Quickly and efficiently dispatch security personnel to respond to alarms and incidents.

Monitor Alarms : Use CCTV systems and other tools to monitor alarms and respond as necessary.

Coordinate Responses : Work closely with security teams to ensure fast and effective responses to security breaches or incidents.

Document Incidents : Maintain detailed incident logs and records of all dispatched events.

Provide Support : Offer assistance and support to security officers in the field as needed.

Requirement

Licensing : Possession of a valid security license or the ability to obtain one.

Experience : Previous experience in security or dispatch roles is preferred.

Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Problem-Solving : Ability to think quickly and make sound decisions under pressure.

Detail-Oriented : Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

Availability : Willingness to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Must have prior dispatch experience.
