Job Description
Lead planning and execution of Data Center projects from preconstruction through closeout. Manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance to ensure timely delivery. Coordinate with clients, design teams, and internal stakeholders to maintain project goals. Oversee quality control, safety compliance, and risk management throughout the project lifecycle. Drive communication and reporting to ensure transparency and client satisfaction. Support business development efforts for future Data Center opportunities.

The Successful Applicant
Proven experience managing Data Center or mission-critical projects. Strong knowledge of MEP systems and infrastructure requirements for Data Centers. Ability to manage multiple projects and teams remotely. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with scheduling software and construction management tools.
