About the Role : The TowerWAV Monitor is responsible for overseeing driver activity to ensure consistent online presence, safety compliance, and operational performance. This role requires active monitoring through the WAV system, communication with drivers by phone, and coordination with internal departments through Microsoft Teams. The Monitor plays a key role in maintaining service quality, supporting safety standards through the Samsara platform and assisting with cross-department needs.

Hourly Rate : $20

Key Responsibilities :

• Driver Monitoring

Monitor driver activity in the Uber and LYFT dashboard to ensure drivers remain online, active, and compliant with work expectations.

Call drivers as needed for support, performance follow-up, or safety concerns.

Utilize the Samsara platform to review safety events, monitor driver behavior, and support safety documentation.

Participate in training to conduct driver coaching when assigned.

Provide operational support to departments such as Safety, Payroll, HR, and others as needed.

Track and report driver performance indicators.
