Position Summary :
Shuster Financial Group, LLC is seeking an Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate is intellectually curious, collaborative and proactively seeks additional responsibilities.
Responsibilities :
- Provide daily administrative support
- Assist with scheduling
- Mail and email management
- Assist in the preparation of meetings including sign-on, monitoring, preparation and assembly
- Professionally communicate with company clients and business partners
- Assist with office machine and supply management
- Ad hoc projects, including spreadsheeting and PowerPoint presentations
Requirements / Experience
Excellent communication skills – written and verbalExcellent time management and organizational skillsProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook requiredOther Requirements
