Our client, a leader in the financial services industry, is seeking a Pegasystems Developer to join their team. As a Pegasystems Developer, you will be part of a dynamic development team supporting innovative marketing and personalization services. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen analytical mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title : Pegasystems Developer

Location : Concord, CA

What's the Job?

  • Design and implement Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) solutions for marketing use cases in the financial services industry.
  • Work with Pega data flows and API integrations to enhance system capabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective solutions.
  • Provide application support, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues as they arise.
  • Utilize Agile methodology to drive project progress and team collaboration.

What's Needed?

  • Proficiency in developing with Pega PRPC (Pega Rules Process Commander) and Pega frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of Java, SQL, and other relevant technologies.
  • Experience with Pega integration services (SOAP, REST, JMS, etc.).
  • Experience with Pega dataflow processing and ability to learn business use cases quickly.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
