Responsibilities

  • Take payments
  • Contact customers and Lenders
  • Oversee inspections for assigned carriers
  • Maintain spreadsheets for assigned carriers
  • Understand all UW guidelines and processes for assigned carriers
  • Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention
  • Other duties as assigned by agent

Requirements

  • Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, efficient, resourceful and be coachable
  • Must be able to pass a background check
  • Learn all systems and processes
  • Must have excellent Communication / Interpersonal skills
  • Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude
  • Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency
  • Must provide professional work references
  • Must have valid drivers license and reliable transportation
  • Must be willing to obtain a P&C license
