Accounting Clerk

We are looking for a skilled Accounting Clerk to perform a variety of accounting, bookkeeping, and financial tasks. The responsibilities of this position include keeping financial records updated, preparing reports, and performing bank reconciliations.

Responsibilities :

• Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department.
• Type accurately, create and maintain accounting documents and records.
• Reconcile accounts in a timely manner.
• Daily enter key data of financial transactions in the database.
• Provide assistance and support to company personnel.
• Research, track and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies.
• Inform management and compile reports / summaries on activity areas.
• Comply with established standards, procedures, and applicable laws.
• Other duties as assigned.

Skills :

Knowledgeable in GAAP.

Proficiency with Microsoft Windows.

Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office.

Knowledgeable in Google Workplace.

Proven accounting skills : Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll Reconciliations, And Account Classifications.

Able to type 40 wpm and use the ten-key calculators.

Ability to use an automated accounting system.

An associate's degree or relevant certification is a plus.

Job Type : Full-time.

Pay : $13.00 - $15.00 per hour.

Physical Setting : Office.

Schedule : 8-hour shift (Monday to Friday).
