We’re looking for a Telecom Technician II with hands-on experience in fiber and cable infrastructure to support Clients telecom operations. This role involves fieldwork, installation, maintenance, testing, and ensuring high network reliability.

Must-Have Skills :

Cable Installation & Splicing

Fiber Optic Splicing / Fiber Deployment

Dark Fiber Experience

Splicer Technician background

Valid Driver’s License

What You’ll Do :

• Install, maintain, and test telecom / fiber equipment
• Perform fiber splicing, troubleshooting, and diagnostics (OTDR, characterization, etc.)
• Follow telecom change / incident processes
• Interpret schematics and technical manuals
• Document work, updates, and system changes
• Work independently or with small crews across multiple field locations

Ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and comfortable working in field environments—including substations, outdoor sites, and varying weather.
