This is a Part Time Data Entry role that will support Client's Learning and Development team
This is what you’ll do :
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
- Maintain electronic filing system
- Perform data entry and scan documents
- Assist in resolving any administrative problems
- Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
Qualifications / Requirements :
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)Ability to quickly learn and navigate multiple software platformsFamiliarity with expense reporting systems (, Concur, SAP, Oracle, or similar)Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracyAbility to manage email correspondence professionally and efficientlyDocument and file management (electronic and / or paper-based)Task prioritization and time managementProfessional email etiquetteAbility to handle repetitive tasks with consistency and accuracyDependable, punctual, and able to meet deadlinesAdaptability to different systems, processes, and shifting prioritiesCollaborative team player, but also able to work independentlyAbility to convey information clearly and professionally in both written and spoken formats.
High School Diploma or associate's degree preferred with - years of relevant experience.Prior work in a corporate setting and / or Learning and Development a PLUS
Part time hours expected to be hrs per week. M-F
