Our Orange County and San Diego offices provide structural engineering services with an emphasis on repair and rehabilitation, investigation and new design of constructed works. The office is currently looking to hire a Senior Project Manager with a minimum of 8 years of industry experience.

What You’ll Be Doing :

The office provides structural engineering services with emphasis on new design, repair and rehabilitation, investigation and new design of constructed works across a variety of structures and materials. Essential duties include performing a wide range of structural engineering analysis, investigation and design tasks in steel, concrete, masonry and wood structures, drawing and calculation package preparation, and report writing. The work involves a significant volume of seismic evaluations. In a supervisory capacity, plans, develops, coordinates, and directs a large and important engineering project or a number of small projects with many complex features. Project management responsibilities include proposal writing, budget development, project financial tracking, project planning, client management, and business development. A strong technical education, professional demeanor, and desire to learn are essential to this position.

Compensation :

The below range is a good faith estimate pursuant to applicable equal pay and pay transparency laws. The actual salary offered will be based on several factors including the candidate’s experience, qualifications and work location.

Base salary is a part of SGH’s industry leading Total Compensation package. Our Total Compensation package includes base salary, pay for extra hours worked, an annual discretionary bonus program, generous paid time off, and health and wellness benefits with a special emphasis on substantial SGH contributions to medical insurance premiums and SGH’s Profit Sharing & 401(k) Plan.

Senior Project Manager or Senior Technical Manager :

$135,200 — $178,880 USD
