Position Summary

A growing, patient-centered women s health practice in Phoenix, Arizona is seeking a full-time OB / GYN Physician to join its dedicated care team. This role offers the opportunity to practice the full breadth of obstetrics and gynecology within a well-supported, physician-led environment that emphasizes high-quality care, continuity, and collaboration.

The practice integrates ambulatory women s health services, surgical gynecology, and inpatient obstetrics, supported by certified nurse midwives, advanced practice providers, and efficient administrative staff. This is an excellent opportunity for physicians who seek long-term professional growth and want to provide compassionate care through all stages of a woman s life.

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual Salary : $260,000 $400,000 (based on experience)
• Bonus Plan : Incentive-based compensation tied to productivity and collections
• Sign-On & Relocation Assistance : Up to $10,000 depending on candidate needs
