Compensation and Benefits :

• Salary : $437,000 for the first year
• Sign-on Bonus : $30,000
• Resident Program : $40,000 per year
• CME / License / DEA Allocation : $1,000 per year
• Paid Time Off : 20 weekdays per year
• 5 sick days per year
• 7 paid holidays per year

Partnership Track :

After the first year, the provider transitions from an employee to an owner, gaining the ability to make decisions regarding tail coverage and other practice-related matters. Opportunity for profit sharing or partnership beginning the second year.

Requirements :

Medical degree (MD or DO) with specialization in Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Board certification or eligibility in OB / GYN.

Valid medical license to practice in California.

DEA certification.
