• In the Observation Unit, you will perform continuous patient monitoring, early warning score assessments, and timely escalation to the medical team as indicated.
• You’ll perform thorough neuro checks, monitor vital signs, manage telemetry and IVs, administer medications per protocol, and coordinate with physicians, case managers, pharmacists, and family members to support safe transitions.
