Job Summary
The Field Specialist plays a key role in delivering safe, efficient, and reliable service to customers in the field. This position is responsible for ensuring job deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule while maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards. The role involves hands-on field operations, customer interaction, and collaboration with shop and field teams to ensure service excellence.
Job Description
- Execute service delivery according to operational standards and customer requirements.
- Ensure all job deliverables are accurate, complete, and delivered on time.
- Conduct job risk analyses and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to promote company products and services.
- Ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards through inspections, audits, and adherence to established procedures.
- Participate in Service Quality Meetings and drive performance improvements through action plans.
- Support HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) initiatives; wear appropriate PPE and maintain required safety certifications.
- Deliver and operate equipment at customer job sites.
- Train wireline personnel and customers on proper equipment usage.
- Conduct daily check-ins with customers to ensure satisfaction and job success.
- Obtain signed field tickets to support accurate and timely invoicing.
- Assist shop teams with job preparation and equipment maintenance.
S kills Required
0–3 years preferred; prior wireline or oilfield experience is a plus.Strong communication abilitiesComputer proficiencyMechanical aptitudeValid driver’s license required.Forklift certification is a plus (recertification provided as needed).Based at the Midland, TX facility.Work includes a combination of field assignments, customer site visits, and shop support.PPE provided (employees should bring their own steel-toe boots).Initial technical training will be conducted at the Kellyville training center.No fixed rotation schedule.Typical workdays are 12–14 hours, not including drive time.Education
High school diploma or GED;Pay Rate
