Rural Critical Access Hospital Chief Financial Officer Permanent Position Illinois

Connected Healthcare Solutions, LLC is providing recruitment support and is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) who is responsible for overseeing all financial and revenue cycle departments of the hospital. The CFO works closely with the CEO and organizational leadership to develop and implement financial and revenue cycle strategies that support the organization’s mission and strategic goals.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE :

• Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance or related field. Master’s Degree preferred
• Five (5) years accounting experience in healthcare.
• Proven leadership and team building skills including demonstrated success in management and supervision of Finance and Accounting functions.
• Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Effective interpersonal, organizational, analytical, financial, problem solving and communication skills.
• Experience in Critical Access Hospital, Non‑Profit or other Healthcare accounting preferred.
