We are seeking a Senior Recruiter to play a critical role in shaping the future of our company by sourcing and attracting top-tier talent for leadership, management, and corporate roles. This individual will also oversee and guide a team of recruiters focused on volume hiring, ensuring alignment with company goals and a high-quality candidate experience.

Your Impact on Career TEAM's Success :

• Proactively source, headhunt, and engage candidates for leadership, technical, and corporate roles across the company.
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract high-quality talent.
• Conduct thorough resume reviews, screens and interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience and corporate-cultural fit.
• Manage and mentor a team of recruiters focused on volume hiring across a variety of functions.
• Partner with leadership to understand hiring needs, align recruiting strategies with organizational goals and provide guidance on effective interviewing techniques.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of strong candidates for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
• Track, measure, and report on recruiting metrics to continuously improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance by maintaining accurate and complete records in the ATS.

The Company collects Personal Information to use or disclose as appropriate to : Comply with all applicable laws and regulations; Recruit and evaluate job applicants and candidates for employment; Conduct background checks; Manage your employment relationship with us, including for : (a) onboarding processes; (b) timekeeping, payroll, and expense report administration; (c) employee benefits administration; (d) employee training and development requirements; (d) the creation, maintenance, and security of your online employee accounts; (e) reaching your emergency contacts when needed, such as when you are not reachable or are injured or ill; (f) workers' compensation claims management; (g) employee job performance, including goals and performance reviews, promotions, discipline, and termination; and (h) other human resources purposes; Manage and monitor employee access to company facilities, equipment, and systems; Conduct internal audits and workplace investigations; Investigate and enforce compliance with and potential breaches of Company policies and procedures; Engage in corporate transactions requiring review of employee records, such as for evaluating potential mergers and acquisitions of the Company; Maintain commercial insurance policies and coverages, including for workers' compensation and other liability insurance; Perform workforce analytics, data analytics, and benchmarking; Administer and maintain the Company's operations, including for safety purposes; For client marketing purposes; Exercise or defend the legal rights of the Company and its employees, and affiliates, customers, contractors, and agents; and to comply with requirements of government grants, including, but not limited to, program and audit requirements.
