Bookkeeper

Bookkeeper Position

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented bookkeeper to support day-to-day financial operations. This fully onsite contract role is ideal for someone with strong bookkeeping experience and a hands-on approach to managing financial records.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries and account reconciliations
• Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
• Manage bank and credit card reconciliations
• Assist with payroll processing and expense tracking
• Prepare financial reports and support month-end close activities
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and accounting standards
