job_description.job_card.job_descriptionThese roles are approved through the end of the year. There is heavy volume with year end approaching. These workers will be contacting Members to schedule them for their annual Retinal Eye test. Scheduling takes place via outbound calls. They will have a list of eligible members, that they will then reach out to via telephone. Front line phone position where they will negotiate / plan to get members scheduled. Prefer to have 3 years' experience in call center with excel and outlook experience, working remotely. They are held to specific metrix in the role - for example, scheduling 20-25 people in the specific event they are calling / scheduling for. Must have Excel experience. Basic excel - navigating columns, sorting, filtering, etc. Must be able to multitask as they will be navigating different systems while in calls with members. Position is fully remote. They must have a dedicated area of their home to work - quite with no background noise. They have access to PHI so work station cannot be where other members of the home can see / access. Wifi must be strong and be able to support the multiple systems. Hours 8-8 : 30-5pm in any time zone. No weekends, no overtime. 2-3 day training, prior to getting on the phones. MS Teams interview 30-45 minutes for the interview.

Role
Compensation : The hourly rate for this position is between $15-$17 per hour.
Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include [geography / market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate].
