Job Summary :

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Assistant to join our team and help us provide exceptional service to our valued customers. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring that their inquiries and issues are addressed promptly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist customers with product information, order status, and troubleshooting issues.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and strategies.
  • Provide feedback on customer trends and issues to management for continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Skills :

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service or related fields is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role or similar position.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
