Join our dynamic Human Resources team as a People Technology Specialist, where you'll play a vital role in enhancing our HR programs through system improvements and exceptional customer service. Reporting to the People Technology Manager, you'll bring your expertise in HR processes and systems to implement innovative solutions that align with our business needs.
This position includes a relocation benefit package for those moving to Warroad, MN . We provide support for your household goods, temporary housing, and a dedicated relocation counselor to assist you throughout the moving process.
Highlights of Your Role :
- Effectively communicate HR system changes and their business impacts.
- Build strong partnerships across functions to align system capabilities with user needs.
- Work closely with HR, IT, and vendors to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
- Lead HR system support, root cause analysis, and troubleshoot complexities.
- Stay updated on system enhancements to maximize business value.
- Recommend and manage upgrades and new functionalities.
- Network externally to gather best practices and innovative ideas.
- Coach colleagues on effective system use and problem resolution.
System Development & Configuration :
Configure HR systems for improved efficiency and better user experiences.Audit data for accuracy and consistency.Develop and test system enhancements and scripts.Provide user support and create training materials.Collaborate with vendors for software upgrades and maintenance.Identify service trends and propose innovative solutions.Create and manage reports and oversee system security protocols.Support the integration of acquisitions and maintain thorough documentation.Contribute to HR technology strategy and strategic planning.Project Management :
Oversee projects from initiation to completion, tracking milestones and resources.Additional Responsibilities :
Mentor team members and act as a technical resource.Influence People Technology objectives and operational plans.Work independently on complex assignments and lead high-visibility projects.Apply advanced technical skills to solve unique HR system challenges.You’re a Great Fit If You Have :
A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, IT, Computer Science, or related field.At least 4 years of experience in HR with knowledge of HR technology systems.Experience using UKG Pro, UKG Workforce Management, Business Intelligence, and Cognos reporting is preferred.A solid understanding of HR principles, programs, and practices.The ability to consult and share critical HRIS skills effectively.Strong communication and diplomacy skills to influence and guide others.The capability to simplify complex technical concepts for various stakeholders.A collaborative spirit in a fast-paced environment with strong multitasking abilities.Why Marvin?

Compensation : $81,000 - $108,000 annually
