We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team on a PRN basis. As an LPN, you will provide high-quality care to our patients, support ongoing health assessments, and assist in the implementation of care plans in various healthcare settings. This position offers flexibility and the opportunity to work with a variety of patient populations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or physician, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring vital signs.
• Assist with patient assessments and document observations and progress in patient records.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health conditions and treatment plans.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for patients and staff.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance nursing skills and knowledge.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.
• Respond to emergencies and provide appropriate care as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervising RN or healthcare provider.
