Sales Support Specialist
NeoWork is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to provide operational and administrative support to the Inside Sales Department. This role ensures that the sales process runs efficiently from the first client interaction through the early stages of the pipeline. Acting as the operational backbone of the team, the Sales Support Specialist focuses on sales enablement, lead qualification, and coordination to help the sales organization achieve its targets effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Qualify inbound leads based on established criteria and ensure proper follow-up.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records, ensuring complete data integrity.
- Schedule discovery calls and coordinate meetings between Inside and Outside Sales.
- Support the creation and organization of sales materials, presentations, and templates in collaboration with Marketing.
- Serve as a bridge between Inside Sales, Outside Sales, and Marketing to ensure clear communication and alignment.
- Manage daily administrative tasks, including CRM updates, meeting coordination, and activity summaries.
- Coordinate internally with Operations, Finance, and Customer Service teams to support seamless order flow and client onboarding.
