Job Responsibilities

• Craft Personalized Treatment Plans : Assess patients' needs and forge unique therapy strategies to assist them in reaching their functional objectives.
• Deliver Therapeutic Interventions : Employ proven therapeutic modalities to enhance patients' motor capabilities, cognitive skills, and activities of daily living.
• Collaborate in Multidisciplinary Teams : Work closely with a roster of professionals, including OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff, to ensure that care is delivered from a comprehensive, holistic perspective.
• Guide Patients and Caregivers : Educate both patients and their families on therapy techniques to encourage continued progress outside of treatment sessions.
• Evaluate and Document Progress : Regularly assess clinical outcomes and modify treatment plans as necessary, ensuring patients remain on the right path.
