Job Duties

• Create Tailored Treatment Plans : Assess patient needs and craft personalized therapy strategies to help them reach their functional targets
• Perform Therapeutic Techniques : Apply research-informed methods to develop patients' motor abilities, cognitive skills, and everyday tasks
• Partner with Multidisciplinary Teams : Work intimately alongside OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nurses to deliver comprehensive care
• Educate Patients and Families : Teach patients and their caregivers valuable therapy techniques to facilitate sustained home progress
• Monitor Progress and Document Results : Keep track of clinical developments and modify treatment as necessary to ensure patients remain on track
