job_description.job_card.job_descriptionWeekly direct deposit Malpractice insurance with tail coverage Supportive credentialing assistance Lodging and mileage reimbursement (if applicable) Provide comprehensive care, including diagnosing and managing acute and chronic conditions Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient outcomes Educate patients and their families on health management and preventative care Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Massachusetts Experience in outpatient care preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting Flexible schedule with the option for 8-hour shifts, 5 days a week or 10-hour shifts, 4 days a week Day shifts for optimal work-life balance Proficiency in patient assessment and care planning Excellent diagnostic skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities Capable of managing patient records through an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system
