The Manufacturing Systems and Engineering team has anopportunity for a Business Systems Analyst who will support business processes and solutions in SAP and supporting systems. You will collaborate withend users to understand business processes andcraft solutions that will add value to the business supporting enterprise / corporate initiatives.

You will partner with the businessand advocate for delivery of high-quality services. You should have deep knowledge of systems architecture development processes for improved design, as well as understanding of systems integration for applications and the ability to coordinate and lead these activities are critical skills for success in this position. Our ideal candidate will possess business analyst and technical project management skills and will have demonstrated ability to collaborate across multiple technical teams.

WHAT YOU WILL DO :

Technical Skills - Displays exceptional knowledge and expertise in SAP Master Data and other manufacturing systems.

Use developing expertiseto create baseline documentation of Avionics processes as it relates to DPLC and integration of systems on behalf of end users.

Support the business in enterprise / corporate initiatives.

Acts as business lead and advocates for delivery of high-quality services.

Analytics – review and analyze data to support problem solving across the organization.

Apply data and information in a way that will help mature our operational awareness.

Coordinate, implementand communicate system change requirements.

Collaborate and interfaces with customers.

Travel as needed for projects.

QUALIFICATIONS YOU MUST HAVE :

Typically requires University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience in absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience.

8+ years of experience with SAP and other manufacturing support systems.

Experience with manufacturing process evaluation.

Onsite : Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
