Mechanical Engineer Lead

Your Impact

Lead mechanical engineering efforts across a diverse portfolio of Commercial, Education, Government, Healthcare, and Hospitality projects. Your expertise will shape sustainable mechanical systems , ensuring design quality, compliance, and technical excellence. This role offers opportunities to mentor engineers, oversee project execution, optimize operations , and contribute to business growth and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage mechanical engineering projects from concept to completion.
  • Oversee the design and planning of sustainable mechanical systems .
  • Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and client expectations.
  • Lead technical discussions on MEP topics with architects and stakeholders.
  • Develop budgets, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Mentor junior engineers and foster professional development.
  • Support business development efforts through proposals and client engagement.
  • Stay current with advancements in HVAC and mechanical engineering .

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of mechanical engineering and HVAC system design experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Professional Engineering (PE) license required.
  • Extensive experience in the AEC industry .
  • Proficiency in REVIT, AutoCAD, Trane Trace, IES, and MS Office .
  • Strong understanding of Building and Mechanical Codes .
  • LEED AP BD+C and WELL Certification preferred.
