Responsibilities and Duties
Provide comprehensive primary care to patients in a Family Practice settingDeliver care to a population that is approximately 75 percent Spanish speaking, supported by translators and Spanish-speaking medical assistantsManage a patient base with a high proportion (78 percent) of Medical / Medicaid coverageMaintain accurate and timely documentation utilizing Epic EMRAdhere to all clinical protocols and regulatory requirementsCollaborate effectively with multidisciplinary care team membersAdditional Information
