Social Media Coordinator

About the Role

We’re looking for a creative, strategic, and self-driven Content & Community Manager to help grow our digital presence and brand partnerships. This role blends content creation, community management, and business development. This role is perfect for someone who’s both creative and entrepreneurial.

What You’ll Do

1. Content Creation & Strategy (Primary Focus)

Create

13 pieces of content per month

— including 9 short‑form Reels and 4 static or carousel posts across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook (potentially YouTube).

Develop content strategies tailored to each platform, staying ahead of algorithm changes and trends.

Collaborate on campaign concepts, storytelling, and visuals to maintain Atelier Candela’s luxury yet approachable aesthetic.

2. Community Engagement

Manage and grow our online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a thoughtful, brand‑aligned way.

Identify opportunities for authentic engagement from reposting user‑generated content to building connections with creators and customers.

3. Business Development

Support brand growth by reaching out to potential collaboration partners, boutiques, and businesses for new opportunities.

Maintain relationships with existing clients and follow up to secure candle reorders and partnership renewals.

Track outreach and results to ensure consistent follow‑up and measurable growth.

Who You Are

A creative storyteller with experience in content creation and social media management.

Confident on camera and skilled at producing Reels, TikToks, and visually strong posts.

Detail‑oriented, organized, and proactive with communication.

Comfortable balancing creative production with outreach and brand relationship work.

Familiar with luxury, lifestyle, or wellness brands (bonus!).
