Enterprise Payments & Psp Platform Go-To-Market Strategy

This role drives industry go-to-market strategy for the Enterprise Payments & PSP platform powering PayPal's largest merchants. You build deep vertical expertise and create content that delivers differentiated value to customers. You develop vertical positioning, competitive intelligence, and narratives that help sales teams win.
This includes sales materials, roadmap communications, and enablement content translating product capabilities into vertical-specific value propositions. You partner with Product, Sales, and Marketing to share market dynamics and competitive landscapes. You champion a customer-back approach that segments markets based on how merchants think about their business.
Essential Responsibilities :
- Drive revenue growth and global market expansion by identifying and cultivating strategic partnerships, channels, and opportunities
- Lead the negotiation with external partners and engage cross-functional support colleagues to ensure the successful delivery of solutions for large complex partnerships.
- Develop and execute an overall business strategy to identify and cultivate strategic partnerships, channels, and opportunities to drive revenue growth and global market expansion.
- Influence the negotiation with external partners, engaging cross-functional support colleagues, to ensure successful delivery of solutions for large complex partnerships.
- Align product and business levers (such as pricing and FX) to maximize revenue and market expansion opportunities.
- Engage closely with product, engineering, and architecture teams to drive the architectural runway and determine the best technical implementation / design.
- Represent the end customer on an ongoing basis and use this knowledge to drive effective prioritization and decision-making.
- Collaborate and influence product outcomes in a matrix organization with multiple stakeholders such as Engineering, Operations, Risk, Legal, Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Finance, and Banking Partners.
Expected Qualifications :
5+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.Additional Responsibilities & Preferred Qualifications :
5-7+ years of go-to-market, product marketing or strategy experience in B2B, e-commerce and / or payments spaces (cards, digital wallets or alternative payments preferred).Familiarity with enterprise commerce environments and payment flows (e.g. e-commerce, card-not-present, value-added services).Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and supporting GTM planning cycles.Demonstrated ability to drive product launches and GTM execution across key programs, tactics and content development.Strong understanding of customer lifecycle, product and commercialization phases, and sales and marketing motions.Business and technical expertise to articulate product value and capabilities internally and externally.Proven ability to collaborate with multiple teams in a matrixed environment and influence without authority.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with experience managing projects or workstreams independently.Experience presenting insights and plans to internal stakeholders, cross-functional teams and leaders.Data-informed mindset with the ability to distill complex inputs into clear strategic direction.Comfort working with qualitative and quantitative market research.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including content development and storytelling.Ability to work under pressure, manage ambiguity, maintain focus on high-impact deliverables and chart a path forward independently.Detail oriented, with attention to nuances in executing large scale projects with lots of moving pieces.Action oriented with ability to execute, problem-solve to streamline processes and build to scale.Keen listener with recognition that success is rooted in understanding.Strong communicator who takes his / her / their job seriously but does not take him / her / their self too seriously.Comfortable taking initiative, learning fast and navigating complexity.Intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn all facets of your product area and process.Enthusiastic about improving processes, documentation and operational rigor.Passionate about delivering a great customer experience, product and customer value and contributing to a team goal.Willingness, ability and desire to periodically travel
