Mental Health Coordinator II Lead Mental Health Specialist

What Youll Do :

• Provide Hands-On Care : Assist individuals with daily activities like personal care meal prep transportation housekeeping and laundry all while fostering independence.
• Support Mental Health & Behavioral Management : Utilize your skills to help individuals overcome behavioral challenges offering compassionate person-centered care. Work on tailored outcomes for individuals and work with behavioral guidance plans as needed.
• Create a Safe & Welcoming Environment : Maintain a clean safe space that ensures comfort and support while helping individuals reach their personal goals.
• Mentor & Guide : Provide supervision positive reinforcement and guidance to help individuals achieve their aspirations. Assist with staff scheduling maintain consisistency in programming individual care and communication with staff and support team members.
• Household Management :  Coordinate a variety of services including individual finances activities program services family involvement educational / vocational programs health care / nutrition and household management.
