IT Technician

All Lines Technology  is seeking a candidate for an  Entry-Level IT Technician  to join our team in  McCandless, PA. This role involves maintaining and deploying hardware, managing IT assets, and providing technical support to ensure the smooth operation of this refresh project.

Key Responsibilities :

Imaging Hardware :

• Prepare and deploy computer systems using imaging software.
• Maintain and update imaging processes and documentation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware imaging.
• Image devices using a USB drive and manually transfer necessary files.
• Use Apple Configurator to prepare and supervise iPads and iPhones.
