The Amazon Kids+ team builds innovative products and services for children ages 3-12 and their caregivers. As the Principal PMT for Kids+ Echo Experience, you will own the product strategy and technical execution of Kids+ features and experiences across the Echo device family. You'll work closely with Alexa and Echo device teams to create engaging, safe, and magical voice-first experiences for children while ensuring seamless integration with the broader Kids+ ecosystem.
Key job responsibilities
- Lead the product strategy of Kids+ on Kids Edition Echo devices
- Drive Kids+ requirements into the Echo and Alexa roadmaps
- Identify and evaluate new Echo and Alexa capabilities that could enhance the Kids+ experience
- Lead development of PRFAQs, platform requirements, and cross-functional launch plans
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the Echo and Alexa teams to influence hardware and software roadmaps
- Drive technical integration decisions that balance innovation, safety, and performance
- Collaborate with UX / Design team to ensure consistent experience across devices
- Partner with Go-To-Market team on Kids Edition Device launch planning and sales strategy

8+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experienceBachelor's degreeExperience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a productExperience owning / driving roadmap strategy and definitionExperience with end to end product deliveryExperience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a productExperience technical product managementPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
