Responsibilities + Duties :

  • Deliver uncommon hospitality by knowing guests names and creating a memorable experience.
  • Become an expert on all menu items, current promotions, beers on tap, and bar cocktails.
  • Ask questions to find first time guests and make sure they are recognized by team.
  • Build regulars and loyal business by creating a fun bar atmosphere.
  • Interact professionally with all guests and coworkers in a friendly and considerate manner
  • Hold high standards for restaurant cleanliness and actively assist picking up trash, cleaning dishes, and wiping bar down.
  • Support with opening, running, and closing cleaning / re-stocking duties.
  • Share loyalty program with guests and coach on how to sign up.
  • Prepare alcoholic, or non-alcoholic, beverages for all guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Keeps updated check in front of guests at all times.
  • Learn something new everyday.

    • Qualifications + Skills :

  • Previous bartending experience preferred
  • Fun and friendly
  • Courteous and professional with guests and coworkers
  • Coachable with ability to apply feedback
  • Strong communicator and active listener
  • Experience creating loyal guests through building relationships
  • Able to work nights and weekends
  • Able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 35 lbs. as needed
