Following the successful raising of $3.8M in seed funding in January 2019, as well as $20M in Series A and $100M in Series B funding in 2021, we are looking to expand our team. We are looking for a proactive and strategic Director of Business Operations to join our internal operations team. This key leadership role will act as a systems architect and process optimizer, focused on streamlining workflows, enhancing collaboration, and efficiently allocating resources to support scalable growth. The ideal candidate will be able to translate complex technical concepts into clear strategies and provide support to our globally distributed, cross-functional teams. They will be responsible for implementing cutting-edge technologies and serving as an internal consultant, offering a holistic perspective critical to the company's success.

What You'll Do :

• Synthesize complex operational data into clear, concise, and actionable insights for exec-level reporting.
• Act as a central connector within the organization, responsible for defining clear, concise communication frameworks and ensuring alignment, transparency, and timely execution across all teams.
• Lead high-impact special projects.
• Create and implement strategies to ensure cross-functional operational excellence throughout the business.
• Identify business inefficiencies by utilizing data and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Systematically manage and optimize the allocation of engineering and development resources to product teams.
• Partner with product and engineering leads to conduct thorough product diligence, ensuring new initiatives are technically feasible and align with market needs, and internal resource allocations.
• Work closely with team leads to identify project bottlenecks, forecast resource needs, and implement practical solutions that streamline workflows and ensure high productivity.
