Enrollment Coach

A company is looking for an Enrollment Coach to support prospective students through the inquiry, application, and admission phases.

Key Responsibilities

Convert prospective students from inquiry to registration while utilizing a consultative sales approach

Serve as the primary contact for prospective students, guiding them through the enrollment process

Maintain accurate records in the CRM and provide feedback to the Enrollment team regarding student barriers

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

1 to 3 years of experience in admissions, coaching, customer experience, or sales

Experience maintaining records in a CRM or other databases

Ability to work autonomously and meet enrollment targets

Flexibility to thrive in a dynamic, evolving organization
