As a remote HVAC customer service coordinator , you'll be the key to keeping things running smoothly. You'll serve customers directly, schedule service appointments, and provide solutions to ensure a seamless experience to our customers. We are seeking a proactive, organized individual who can prioritize tasks and communicate clearly in a fast-paced environment, while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Position Summary : As a Remote Customer Service Coordinator , you'll be the first line of communication with our customers-scheduling service calls, updating work orders, and supporting technicians with accurate, timely information. We're looking for someone who already knows their way around ServiceTitan and understands the pace and flow of a busy HVAC service office. If you're friendly, organized, and experienced in the home services industry, we'd love to meet you!
Pay Range : $18.00 - $21.00 per hour, depending on experience
Work Hours : Monday to Friday, 8 : 00am - 5 : 00pm
