Job Description / Position Overview :

The Facilities Technician oversees the day-to-day operations and long-term upkeep of the organizations physical environment. This includes managing routine maintenance repairs security janitorial services space planning and regulatory compliance. The role ensures that facilities are safe efficient and conducive to productivity for all occupants.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage daily facility operations across all sites as main point of contact.
• Oversee maintenance schedules (Internal MR Requests) and service contracts.
• Ensure compliance with health safety and environmental regulations.
• Supervise facility staff and external service providers.
• Monitor facility budgets and optimize operational costs.
• Lead space planning and workplace improvement initiatives.

Collaboration Requirement :

Respond to urgent facility needs and support special initiatives as they arise.

Requirements / Qualifications :

Education and Experience :

o Apply principles of rational systems to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.

o Interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written oral visual or schedule form.

Communication :

o Vocalize and explain detailed data and problem-solve.

o Must have good communication skills (both verbal and written)

o Compose routine correspondence on own initiative.

o Make comprehensive notes in English.

o May involve a large volume of such composition.

o Must have ability to work well under pressure.
