Overview :

We are seeking an environmental attorney with 4+ years of experience to join our growing M&A team and support a wide range of complex environmental regulatory matters in support of M&A transactions. The ideal candidate will have experience advising on matters involving federal environmental laws as well as experience or strong interest in matters involving state environmental regulatory programs, including but not limited to Minnesota and Wisconsin. Substantive experience in both environmental regulatory compliance and transactional matters is a plus. We will consider candidates interested in working in any of our offices or candidates desiring to work remotely, although candidates who would be based in our Minneapolis office are preferred. While not required, we are open to considering candidates who are currently partners at a law firm or who have full or partial portable books of business with availability to also support environmental regulatory matters in M&A transactions.

Our Ideal Candidates Will Have :

• 4+ years of related experience
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and writing skills
• Strong academic background
• J.D. from an ABA-Accredited Law School
• Active attorney license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction and ability to promptly get admitted in the state of Minnesota
