We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Inventory Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The Inventory Coordinator will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing our inventory processes to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and seamless operations within our organization. Key Responsibilities / Essential Functions :
Inventory / Asset Management
- Manage daily reconciliation and inventory adjustment requirements and loss, damaged, expired analytics (i.e., 53210, 55070).
- Oversee cycle count process, accuracy rates, and compliance inventory reporting
- Manage physical and systematic inventory process
- Maintain proper drug setup to optimize system throughput and efficiency
- Ensure inventory compliance and applicable regulatory controls in alignment with established SOPs and contractual obligations
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and serve as primary architect for process redesign
- Assist with operational issues, customer research, transportation and minor facilities issues
Customer Relationship Management
Collaborate with Central Fill network to ensure best practices are copied exact between sitesAggressively analyze vendor supply issues to proactively notify customer of potential problems and allow ample time for decision makingSupport mail order, specialty, and Central Fill formulary addition / removal requestMaintain customer service level and KPI's via a variety of daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports / scorecards supplied to Staff ManagementManage and develop direct reports maintaining a bench position for this critical position alwaysCritical Requirements
2+ years directly working with Inventory ManagementStrong skills in MS Office including Word; Excel, PowerPoint and OutlookExperience with pharmacy automation, pharmacy systems, HVS, and SAPAbility to inspire, leverage, execute, advance, and developStrong knowledge of inventory and inventory processEducation
Bachelor's degree or equivalent operations management experiencePhysical Requirements
