• Engage actively in the Clinical Outcomes Program, striving to meet organizational targets across all metrics.
• Achieve required productivity expectations for your time spent in clinic.
• Conduct essential administrative tasks, ensuring lab reports, charts, and medication refills are managed accurately and efficiently.
• Adhere to medical practice policies and procedures by attending mandatory meetings, minimizing incident reports, and utilizing resources in a cost-effective manner.
• Complete all required documentation thoroughly and on time to comply with department standards and electronic medical record requirements, including medication reconciliation and managing personal and clinic pools.
