Chicago Family medicine physician opportunity

(Physician / MD qualifications required) Family Practice - We are seeking a bilingual physician to join our Addison Family practice. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience and be mission-oriented. We prefer candidates with FQHC experience. The physician will report directly to the CMO and could become the Medical Director at the site when ready to take on a leadership role. The physician must be willing to become our Civil Surgeon. We will pay for the license, help fill out the application, and teach the person what to do. The salary range is $200K-$250K.
