Position Overview

CorSource is actively seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to support infrastructure and technology initiatives across the energy and utilities sector. This role is ideal for detail-oriented professionals who excel in multitasking, team coordination, and project documentation.

As a Project Coordinator, you will work alongside technical, construction, and operational teams to manage logistics, documentation, and timelines from project initiation through close-out. Successful candidates bring a mix of administrative precision, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across capital and operational projects.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination & Administrative Support

  • Coordinate project schedules, tasks, and deliverables across technical and operational teams
  • Support meeting logistics, documentation, and reporting for cross-functional stakeholders
  • Track timelines, budgets, and scope changes; escalate risks and issues to project leads
  • Collaborate with engineering, procurement, finance, and construction teams for smooth project delivery

Document & Data Management

  • Maintain project documentation using SharePoint, SAP, or similar systems
  • Compile and summarize data for project reports, dashboards, and executive updates
  • Manage project-related invoices, purchase orders, requisitions, and financial tracking
  • Prepare weekly and monthly status reports for internal and external stakeholders
  • Stakeholder Communication

  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal departments to support communication flow
  • Capture and distribute meeting agendas, notes, and action items
  • Assist in documenting lessons learned and project close-out processes
  • Site Visit & Logistics Support

  • Assist with planning field visits, including travel coordination and safety documentation
  • Provide administrative support for audits, inspections, and on-site logistics
  • Qualifications

    Required :

  • 3–5 years of experience in project coordination or administrative support, preferably in utilities, construction, or infrastructure
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint)
  • Excellent organization, communication, and time management skills
  • Ability to interpret technical documentation, track project budgets, and manage multiple priorities
  • Familiarity with scheduling and tracking tools (e.g., MS Project, SAP, or Primavera)
  • Preferred :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience supporting utility or energy-related projects
  • Knowledge of contract terms, commercial lease language, or financial documentation
  • Exposure to project methodologies such as PMI, Agile, or Lean principles
