Job Title : Accounts Payable Specialist

Location : Hillsboro, OR

Job Type : Full-Time, Contract to Hire (3-6 months then permanent), Hybrid (2-3 days onsite)

Compensation : $29-$31.25 an hour

We have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our client in Hillsboro, OR. As an ideal candidate, you should have a minimum of 3-5+ years experience in full cycle accounts payable or bookkeeping.

Responsibilities :

• Processing and reviewing invoices, ensuring accuracy and completeness of invoices.
• Reconciling vendor statements and maintaining vendor files.
• Provide assistance with vendor inquiries, prepare and process weekly check runs, and provide support to other accounting functions as required.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date accounts payable records, assisting with month-end close, and accruals.
