Project Leadership s Governance
- Lead global payroll implementation project from initiation to post-deployment stabilization.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines across multiple geographies and workstreams.
- Manage project governance structure and manage scope, risks, and change controls effectively.
- Serve as the primary point of contact across Payroll, HR, Finance, IT, and third-party vendors.
- Oversee the configuration and integration of CloudPay with Workday and downstream accounting systems.
- Coordinate payroll data flows between HCM, time C attendance, benefits, and finance systems.
- Support system testing, UAT, cutover planning, and data validation processes.
Compliances Quality Assurance :
Ensure alignment with statutory, regulatory, and internal compliance requirements across countries.Establish quality assurance mechanisms and audit controls for payroll outputs and processes.Qualifications Required :
6+ years of project management experienceStrong understanding of payroll operations, compliance, and HR / finance business processes.Experience managing cross-functional teams in a global, matrixed environment.Preferred :
Experience with Workday Payroll or HCM.Experience with CloudPay or similar global payroll platforms.Project management certification (PMP)Key Competencies :
