Planning & Logistics Analyst

Envoy is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Planning & Logistics Analyst to support our Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) operations. This role is pivotal in driving supply chain efficiency through data-driven decision-making, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration. You'll work closely with teams across Stores, Maintenance, Engineering, Finance, and IT to ensure timely material availability and streamlined logistics.

Responsibilities

• Develop predictive and analytical tools for material forecasting, planning models and ABC analysis, etc.
• Manage material plan and replenishment process to optimize service levels.
• Manage and support various department initiative and projects such as AOG analysis, Collaborative Planning, Forecasting and Replenishment (CPFR), stale inventory disposition, etc.
• Collaborate with logistics service providers to establish and maintain SOP for freight movement.
• Review and authorize transportation invoices for accuracy and payment.
