The TS Tax Client Support team, will support multiple clients, working closely with the rest of the Tax Utility as well as with the Global Client Service teams. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

Point of contact for tax enquiries to support our clients' tax servicing needs.

Taking proactive responsibility for the resolution of clients' enquiries within the published standards.

Pro-active management of client relationships.

Execute forward thinking to maintain response quality and completeness to prevent case reopening.

Contribute to the tax component of service reviews and other meetings with the client.

Analyze root-cause of recurring issues through regular review of metrics, and assist in developing programs for service enhancements arising from these figures.

Provide Support and guidance on :

o Outstanding / expiring tax documentation

o Documentation

o Relief at Source

o Tax Refunds

o Tax Regulatory Reporting

Continually review operational tax processes to identify areas for enhancement.

Identify and escalate tax risks and participate in resolution.

Assist in client tax account reviews and ad-hoc projects across the wider Tax Operations team.

Coordinate and process information received. Assist in preparing information for filing documents. Assist in updating and maintaining the following information on earnings and profits, foreign taxes paid, parent company stock basis, and audit proceedings. Assist in preparing income tax provision calculation and review tax provision calculations. Maintain awareness of current technical and business developments. Research and analyze tax issues as they arise. Assist with foreign country tax issues.
