Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' progressive accounting and finance experience, with a preference for those who have worked in a healthcare environment. The role requires a proven track record in leading and managing professionals, with a focus on team development and a people-centric management style. The CFO will also be involved in compliance and risk management, ensuring adherence to laws, regulations, and reporting requirements. Strategic financial planning, including contribution to the organization's long-term plans, is a key aspect of the role.
