Now hiring a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)

Pride Health is hiring a Skilled Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to support our client at a medical facility in Pasadena, TX. This is a 12-week contract with possibilities for an extension, offering an excellent opportunity to begin working with a leading healthcare organization

Location : Pasadena, TX

Job Duration : 12 weeks – possibilities for an extension

Shifts : Monday-Friday, Day Shift

Hourly Pay : - $21 - $23 / hour

Scope of services :

Taking vitals.
Obtaining patient medical history, and documenting patient responses in the Epic EMR system.
Preparing and administering vaccines, as well as carrying out minor tasks delegated by the physician.

Must have Skills / Qualifications / Education / Work Experience :

Active RMA, CMA, NRCMA Certification

Active BLS from AHA

Direct experience with rooming patients in an outpatient setting.

Experience working with Pediatric and Adult patients.

Willingness to jump in and assist providers when needed.
